Description AllyGrow Technologies is hiring for position of Senior Structural Analyst to be deputed at one of our client locations, to work on whole vehicle, system, and component level virtual validation activities.
Job Summary • Strength and durability modelling, analysis and optimization for vehicle structures
• Post processing and design recommendations
• Collaborate with suppliers and test vendors to improve the material database and accuracy of CAE models.
• Manage / participate in requirement reviews, failure root cause analysis reviews
• Direct involvement in the development of requirements, project timing, load cases and boundary conditions, and analysis methodology.
Job Responsibilities • Act as the project technical leader to gather and understand all related information for technical advancement & provide technical guidance to design and test engineers as it relates to strength and durability

• Develop virtual validation plans for strength and durability

• Work with offshore teams to manage outsourced analysis projects

• Develop DVPs and test timing to meet company milestones.

• Analyze test data for failure analysis and performance improvements

• Create and maintain test strategy, test cases and test plans based on test scenarios an requirements; define metrics, interfaces, and develop test methods for vehicle testing.

• Participate in design review and xFMEA meetings to ensure lessons learned and best practices are incorporated.
