Social Responsibility
Allygrow technologies since its inception has endeavored to adopt responsible social business practices that pivot around creating a better society and environment. While creating value for its customers, the company provides immense emphasis on the well-being of its employees, partners, suppliers, and society at large.
The primary project identified under the umbrella of Corporate Social Responsibility is that of “youth development”. This program focuses on building the young generation both in terms of character as well as skills. Given this, the company is actively working with educational institutions for conducting a gamut of development sessions for the youth. Over the period the company has been working on providing basic infrastructure, computer labs for digital awareness, and carrying out similar initiatives across various educational institutions.
During the recent COVID pandemic that wreaked havoc around the world, AllyGrow, as a responsible corporate entity, stepped up to fund the shortage of medical oxygen across various cities in the country. With continued accountability towards the society that we live in, AllyGrow is committed to delivering on its social responsibility consistently and meaningfully to make a difference!
Strategic Alliances
Located in Amberg, Germany, Grammer AG specializes in the development and production of components and systems for automotive interiors as well as suspended driver and passenger seats for onroad and offroad vehicles. Grammer and AllyGrow joined forces in the form of setting up a Joint Venture (70% AllyGrow & 30% Grammer) in India to develop world-class products and solutions for the global automotive and commercial vehicle industry. The Joint Venture provides engineering services for Grammer’s global sites and therefore continues to make significant contributions towards boosting Grammer’s global R&D performance.
