Solution:

Concept development and serial development of the door panel was successfully delivered within a limited duration provided by the client by deploying hybrid execution model with strong technical teams deputed at client location, part supplier facility and AllyGrow offshore center. The activities undertaken were concept creation, engineering feasibility, master section creation, assembly sequence definitions, RPS definitions, regulatory checks and engineering design. Special attention was attributed to implementation of sew lines, leather wrapping process, Wood , Aluminum, Chrome and Painted part creation etc. DFA and DFM checks were ensured for assembly and manufacturing feasibility aspects, taking into consideration supplier tooling facilities and set-up.
